Intervenors, Alfred Pino (father) and the Pueblo of Laguna (Pueblo), appeal the childrens courts failure to grant their motion to reopen the courts judgment and order (1) determining that father had waived his consent to the babys adoption, and (2) decreeing that the prospective parents may adopt the child. Finding that the trial court lacked jurisdiction, we reverse.
